Test Regulations
The S.T.A provides equal opportunities to everyone and prohibits any type of discrimination concerning race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, or natural disability.
All parties involved in the Tests (Test Takers, proctors, and test center coordinators) must comply with the regulations of the test developer and the S.T.A Examinations Department.
Participation in the Test procedure constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Test regulations. Test Takers that do not comply with any of the following regulations of the proctors, or test center coordinators instructions will be disqualified, their tests will be invalidated, and they will receive a failing grade. Test fees will not be refunded.
The following regulations are binding for all parties involved in the Testing procedure:
S.T.A’s rights
The test developer and the S.T.A reserve the right to take photographs, videotape or record parts or the whole of test for research and/or quality control purposes (GDPR). Test Takers will be informed during the test.
If you don’t come on the test date, you should pay in advance the administrative cost (20% of Test cost) in order to attend the next Test session.
Fairness and Security
The Test material and its use are protected by intellectual property laws. The recording or publication of any Test material without the previous written consent of the test developer is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to take into the Testing room any mobile phones, cameras, laptops, or of any other information storage and retrieval device. Use of any of the above-mentioned devices in the Testing room will be considered as a potential threat to the Test’s impartiality or confidentiality and a deliberate attempt to jeopardize the security or integrity of the Test.
Use of notes, books, dictionaries or other aids, whether relevant to the Test procedure or not, is strictly prohibited in the Testing room.
Copying Testing answers from other Test Takers using any means is strictly prohibited. Test Takers giving or receiving answers or using notes or other aids will be disqualified. Collaboration, discussion and exchanging notes or other objects with other Test Takers are prohibited.
Videotaping and/or recording of any part of the Test procedure or material is strictly prohibited.
The S.T.A reserves the right to use any legal means available in order to ensure the security of the Tests and the strict observance of the regulations.
Test Takers’ conduct
Any effort on the part of Test Takers to claim or to gain an advantageous position or receive preferential treatment over other Test Takers before, during, or after the Test is strictly prohibited.
The behavior and conduct of Test Takers during the Test should be appropriate and under no circumstances should it disturb the rest of the Test Takers or proctors in the Testing room.
On the Test Day, Test Takers are required to have a valid Albanian, FYROM, Kosovo and Montenegro ID, or passport. Candidates who report to the test center without one of the above documents will not be allowed to enter the Testing room.
Test Takers are required to report to the test center at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the Test.
Test Takers are not allowed to choose their seat. Seating will be assigned by the Proctor. The S.T.A staff in charge of the Testing room reserve the right to change Test Takers seating arrangement during the Test.
Test Takers are required to remain in the Testing room throughout the Test. Test Takers may not leave the Testing room without the Proctor’s permission. Test Takers that have the Proctor’s permission to leave the Testing room will be escorted by one of the proctors, who will remain with them for the duration of their absence and will escort them back into the Testing room. The test materials of these Test Takers will be submitted to the Proctor and will be returned to them once they are back in the Testing room.
At the end of the test, Test Takers must submit their completed answer sheets to the proctors, along with all test materials.
Miscellaneous
Test fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Smoking and the consumption of food and drinks, water, are strictly prohibited in the Testing room.
Breaks are not allowed during the Test Session.
No one is allowed to leave the Testing room during the Test Session.
To correct any data after the test session (wrong Name, Surname, Gender, ID or DoB), the fee is 20 Euro for the new Certificate and Score Report. This fee include only the cost of shipping

All your personal data are protected by privacy low and will be used only for test purposes.
In case there are less than 15 test takers the test session can’t be conducted. The registered test takers could come in the coming testing date of the same location or they can choose another testing location
